Quatre mois plus tard s\u2019y \u00e9tait ajout\u00e9e la brique service client (Service Cloud).<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est cette derni\u00e8re qui \u00e9volue le plus sensiblement avec la derni\u00e8re mise \u00e0 jour semestrielle des produits Salesforce (Summer \u201919).<\/p>\n<p>Au menu, une prise en charge \u00e9tendue des canaux de communication. \u00c0 Twitter et aux pages Facebook s\u2019adjoignent d\u00e9sormais Messenger, Instagram et YouTube.<br \/>La jonction avec Instagram et YouTube est effective sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires*. Idem pour Messenger, mais dans la limite d\u2019un utilisateur (chaque licence suppl\u00e9mentaire est factur\u00e9e 15 dollars par mois).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p>Salesforce inclut \u00e9galement une licence pour l\u2019outil qui permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer un chat sur les sites web.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut en revanche rallonger la facture si on souhaite utiliser l\u2019extension Dialer. Celle-ci permet de g\u00e9rer les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques sur l\u2019interface d\u2019Essentials. Sa disponibilit\u00e9 se limite pour l\u2019heure aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada, avec un tarif de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence : 2 dollars pour 100 minutes de communication.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>On notera \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de stockage disponible, de fusionner des dossiers (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois en un).
