L\u2019initiative de Brave (\u00e9diteur du navigateur web du m\u00eame nom) est donn\u00e9e en exemple.<\/p>\n<h2>RGPD : c\u2019est O. K. ?<\/h2>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des \u00e9diteurs, le recours aux techniques cryptographiques courantes dans les blockchains pourrait am\u00e9liorer la gestion des identit\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPlusieurs parties disposant des consentements appropri\u00e9s des consommateurs (ou de toute autre base l\u00e9gale de traitement) pourraient associer de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9curis\u00e9e les identit\u00e9s \u00e0 un public cible. Ce sans exposer les donn\u00e9es personnelles au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un identifiant utilisateur unique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par ordinateur et \u00ab pseudonymis\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019IAB France estime que les blockchains sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 m\u00eame de r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e9matiques que pose le RGPD.<br \/>\nElle \u00e9voque \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard la possibilit\u00e9 de faire du ciblage publicitaire gr\u00e2ce au partage d\u2019informations au niveau d\u2019un consortium sans utiliser de donn\u00e9es personnelles. Le Groupe Sud Ouest a mis en place un tel dispositif pour g\u00e9rer la preuve de consentement de ses internautes.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux annonceurs, au-del\u00e0 de la pr\u00e9vention de la fraude, ils pourraient tirer des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9conciliation. Une blockchain \u00e9liminerait les divergences de donn\u00e9es, tout en permettant de s\u2019accorder d\u2019avance sur ce qui fait foi. Puis d\u2019automatiser les processus de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019IAB France entrevoit aussi dans les blockchains un \u00ab gage de neutralit\u00e9 et d\u2019objectivit\u00e9 \u00bb pour un secteur \u00ab en proie \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit de confiance \u00bb.<br \/>\nEt de souligner les apports de la d\u00e9centralisation. Laquelle, en plus d\u2019apporter davantage de tol\u00e9rance aux pannes et de r\u00e9sistance aux attaques, permet de faire face aux tentatives de corruption.<\/p>\n<p>La transition soul\u00e8ve des d\u00e9fi technologiques, dont la capacit\u00e9 de mont\u00e9e en charge des blockchains et le traitement des donn\u00e9es qui y sont enregistr\u00e9es.
