A Pedag\u00f3gusok Szakszervezete \u00f6tpontos k\u00f6vetel\u00e9st \u00edrt, amelyben hangs\u00falyozt\u00e1k, hogy mindenk\u00e9ppen b\u00e9remel\u00e9st akarnak. Ezt szeretn\u00e9 el\u00e9rni a Magyar K\u00f6ztisztvisel\u0151k, K\u00f6zalkalmazottak \u00e9s K\u00f6zszolg\u00e1latban Dolgoz\u00f3k Szakszervezete is, \u0151k okt\u00f3ber 10-\u00e9n sztr\u00e1jkolnak majd.<\/p>\n

Gy\u00f3gypedag\u00f3gus 150 ezer 6 forint 3 \u00e9v gyakorlat, \u00e9s 4 \u00e9v egyetem ut\u00e1n, egy m\u00e1sik pedag\u00f3gus 143 ezer 931 forintot keres. Ezek a fot\u00f3k m\u00e9g ny\u00e1ron ker\u00fcltek fel a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi oldalakra, amikor a Pedag\u00f3gusok Szakszervezete Orsz\u00e1gos Ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi Tagozata fot\u00f3kamp\u00e1nyt ind\u00edtott.<\/p>\n

A helyzet az\u00f3ta sem v\u00e1ltozott, m\u00e1ra viszont a Pedag\u00f3gusok Szakszervezet\u00e9nek lett elege.<\/p>\n

K\u00e9sz\u00edtettek egy gyorsjelent\u00e9st, amib\u0151l kider\u00fcl, hogy az elm\u00falt tan\u00e9vben sok pedag\u00f3gus t\u00f6bb, mint 60 \u00f3r\u00e1t dolgozott egy h\u00e9ten, mik\u00f6zben a heti t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes munkaid\u0151 40 \u00f3ra, a t\u00f6bbletmunk\u00e1\u00e9rt a v\u00e1laszad\u00f3k csup\u00e1n 6%-a kapott p\u00e9nzt, 16%- uk pedig mag\u00e1ntan\u00edtv\u00e1nyokkal foglalkozik, \u00edgy eg\u00e9sz\u00edti ki a fizet\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A PSz eln\u00f6ke elmondta, ha a korm\u00e1ny k\u00f6zoktat\u00e1s napj\u00e1ig, vagyis november 22. – ig nem teljes\u00edti a pedag\u00f3gusok k\u00f6vetel\u00e9seit, akkor \u0151sszel t\u00fcntet\u00e9st szerveznek, 2020 janu\u00e1rj\u00e1ban pedig orsz\u00e1gos sztr\u00e1jkot.<\/p>\n

\u201eEl\u00e9g volt, elfogyott a t\u00fcrelm\u00fcnk egy \u00e9vig t\u00e1rgyaltunk k\u00f6vetelt\u00fcnk b\u00e9releml\u00e9st, nem csak a pedag\u00f3gusoknak, hanem az oktat\u00e1sban dolgoz\u00f3 valamennyi szerepl\u0151nek, k\u00f6vetelt\u00fcnk \u00f3rasz\u00e1m cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9st, k\u00f6vetelt\u00fck a p\u00e1lyakezd\u0151k t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1t, hogy k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00fclj\u00f6n el, \u00e9s fizess\u00e9k ki az eseti helyettest \u00e9s a t\u00f6bbletmunka k\u00f6z\u00f6tti k\u00f6vetel\u00e9seket\u201d \u2013 nyilatkozta Szab\u00f3 Zsuzsanna a Pedag\u00f3gusok Szakszervezet\u00e9nek eln\u00f6ke.<\/p>\n

Sztr\u00e1jkra k\u00e9sz\u00fcl a Magyar K\u00f6ztisztvisel\u0151k, K\u00f6zalkalmazottak \u00e9s K\u00f6zszolg\u00e1latban Dolgoz\u00f3k Szakszervezete is. \u0150k okt\u00f3ber 10-\u00e9n sz\u00fcneteltetik a munk\u00e1t. A legnagyobb probl\u00e9ma itt is a b\u00e9rekkel van.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Kerest\u00fck a sztr\u00e1jkkal kapcsolatban a Minisztereln\u00f6ks\u00e9get, de ad\u00e1sunkig m\u00e9g nem v\u00e1laszoltak, az EMMI viszont azt \u00edrta: Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vekben \u00e1tlagosan 50%-al emelt\u00e9k a pedag\u00f3gusok fizet\u00e9s\u00e9t, a t\u00fal\u00f3ra ut\u00e1n j\u00e1r\u00f3 juttat\u00e1sok szab\u00e1lyozottak, ahogy szerint\u00fck, a 68 \u00f3r\u00e1s munkah\u00e9t nem al\u00e1t\u00e1masztott. M\u00e1r dolgoznak az iskolaigazgat\u00f3i b\u00e9rek emel\u00e9s\u00e9n, az egyeztet\u00e9s a K\u00f6znevel\u00e9s-strat\u00e9giai Kerekasztal \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9n pedig okt\u00f3ber k\u00f6zep\u00e9n folytat\u00f3dik.<\/p>\n
