Ant\u00f3nio Mexia, atual presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Executivo da EDP, e Manso Neto, administrador, v\u00e3o deixar a EDP Energia de Portugal no final do ano, n\u00e3o se recandidatando a um novo mandato para o per\u00edodo 2021-2023.Os dois respons\u00e1veis encontram-se, de momento, com os mandatos suspensos.”A EDP recebeu uma carta do Presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Executivo (PCAE) suspenso de fun\u00e7\u00f5es, Dr. Ant\u00f3nio Mexia, e uma carta do membro do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Executivo (CAE) suspenso de fun\u00e7\u00f5es, Dr. Jo\u00e3o Manso Neto, informando da respectiva indisponibilidade para integrar qualquer lista candidata aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais da EDP para o pr\u00f3ximo mandato (2021-2023)”, pode ler-se num comunicado da EDP enviado \u00e0 CMVM.Todos os acionistas representados no Conselho Geral e de Supervis\u00e3o \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b”solicitaram ao PCAE interino da Sociedade, Miguel Stilwell de Andrade, que lhes submetesse uma proposta relativa \u00e0 composi\u00e7\u00e3o do CAE para o pr\u00f3ximo mandato (2021-2023)”.
