JN\/Ag\u00eanciasHoje\u00a0\u00e0s\u00a016:48O primeiro-ministro afirmou esta ter\u00e7a-feira que Portugal est\u00e1 a fazer um grande esfor\u00e7o financeiro para proteger a TAP, sustentando que esta companhia a\u00e9rea \u00e9 essencial para as futuras rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre a Europa e o espa\u00e7o ibero-americano.Esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o foi transmitida por Ant\u00f3nio Costa na sua interven\u00e7\u00e3o inicial no F\u00f3rum Empresarial Ibero-Americano, em Andorra-a-Velha, que antecede a cimeira de chefes de Estado e de Governo dos 22 pa\u00edses desta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.”Estamos a fazer um esfor\u00e7o imenso para proteger a nossa companhia a\u00e9rea, a TAP, que \u00e9 a ponte de liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Brasil e a Europa. A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da TAP \u00e9 essencial para que depois da crise [da covid-19] haja um crescimento mais forte das rela\u00e7\u00f5es a todos os n\u00edveis entre a Europa e o espa\u00e7o Ibero-Americano”, sustentou o l\u00edder do executivo portugu\u00eas.Ant\u00f3nio Costa referiu-se tamb\u00e9m a um dos principais momentos da presid\u00eancia portuguesa do Conselho Europeu no primeiro semestre deste ano.”Em junho, vamos tamb\u00e9m concluir a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro cabo de fibra \u00f3tica entre a Am\u00e9rica Latina e a Europa. Ser\u00e1 uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o em Fortaleza (Brasil) e Sines (em Portugal)”, apontou.Para o primeiro-ministro, “esta liga\u00e7\u00e3o cabo de fibra \u00f3tica entre a Europa e a Am\u00e9rica Latina \u00e9 a chave para o desenvolvimento conjunto da economia do futuro – uma economia que ser\u00e1 seguramente uma economia baseada no digital”.”\u00c9 fundamental refor\u00e7ar a conectividade entre os dois lados do Atl\u00e2ntico”, insistiu, antes de citar o primeiro-ministro de Espanha, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, tamb\u00e9m presente no f\u00f3rum, sobre as rela\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas no espa\u00e7o ibero-americano.Na perspetiva do l\u00edder do executivo portugu\u00eas, “h\u00e1 tr\u00eas prioridades muito claras: A conclus\u00e3o do acordo de amizade com o Chile, o acordo comercial com o M\u00e9xico e o avan\u00e7o das negocia\u00e7\u00f5es [da Uni\u00e3o Europeia] e Mercosul”.”Sabemos que este \u00faltimo tema \u00e9 o mais dif\u00edcil, mas \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m o mais promissor.
