Macaroni and cheese now available nationwide

Chick-fil-A’s menu just got cheesier.

Starting Monday, Mac & Cheese is available at Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide, the Atlanta-based fast-food chain announced. It’s available as a side with lunch and dinner, as a Kid’s Meal and in catering orders.

“Mac & Cheese is the quintessential comfort food, and something we are so excited to offer our guests at Chick-fil-A,” Amanda Norris, Chick-fil-A executive director of menu and packaging, said in Monday’s announcement.

It’s the chicken chain’s first permanent side addition since 2016, the company said in a statement, and is a classic macaroni and cheese recipe with a special blend cheddar, Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

“We have a very high bar when it comes to adding a menu item,” Norris said in the statement, “but the feedback from our customers in the test markets made this decision easy. I am excited it will be available for all of our guests across the country.”

Prices vary by market, but a side order of Mac & Cheese starts at around $2.99.

Limited-time coffee drink

Also on Monday, Chick-fil-A is releasing the new Frosted Caramel at participating restaurants.

The seasonal limited-time drink will be available through Nov. 9 while supplies last. Chick-fil-A describes it as a “hand-spun treat that combines Chick-fil-A’s custom blend of cold-brewed.
