Mboweni announces PIC interim board – including Maria Ramos

Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni has announced an interim board of directors at the Public Investment Corporation which includes former Absa boss Maria Ramos. 

His statement, which was released on Wednesday afternoon, said Mboweni consulted with Cabinet on the interim board appointments, which will be effective from Friday to the end of July.

• Maria Ramos
• Barbara Watson 
• Ivan Fredericks 
• Zola Saphetha
• Bhekithemba Gamedze

• Advocate Makhubalo Ndaba 
• Reuel Khoza

Pitsi Moloto and Xolani Mkhwanazi were re-appointed as board members.
