I mean, these items are popular for a reason. This year, Google decided to make things easier by compiling a list of the 100 most trending products based on several months of Google search data. Basically, these are the items that people are searching for every day, so they’re bound to make great gifts, too. Here at Reviewed, we’ve spent the entire year testing thousands of the most popular products on the market, so we know what’s actually worth the money. We’ve sifted through the massive list Google provided to pick out the 20 products that are worth it based on our own testing and personal experience. Warning: Since these products are “trending,” they’re likely to sell out, so you’re going to want to order them ASAP if you plan on giving them as a gift this year.Need help finding products? Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and VolumizerThe internet has been buzzing about the magical Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer for months now, so it’s no surprise it made Google’s list. This cult-favorite hair dryer brush has exploded with popularity and has more than 100,000 reviews (!!) and a 4.6-star rating on Amazon. Our beauty writer decided to see what all the hubbub was about, and she was seriously impressed by the results. Not only did it dry her wavy hair straight with some voluminous flips, but it did it in just 30 minutes. Plus, it only costs less than $50—a fraction of an expensive luxury hair dryer.Get the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer at Amazon for $35.332. PlayStation 5There were two major game console releases this year, with the first being the PlayStation 5. We got our hands on the new console for testing and were blown away by the 4K, HDR gameplay, faster load times, and great DualSense controller that makes it a considerable upgrade from the PlayStation 4. While it immediately sold out for preorders back in September and is seriously hard to find right now as it was just released November 12, you might have some luck on backorder or shopping a reliable third-party seller (though there will be a price hike).Get the PlayStation 5 at Walmart for $499.993. Xbox Series X and Series SLike the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series X and Series S were the other consoles that created a buzz that broke preorders back in September. There are a few main differences between the Series X and Series S, namely the X is more powerful and larger and that the Series S is digital only. After testing the Xbox Series X, we were impressed by its HDR gaming, faster load times, and the general improvements that seem to even outpace our older 2019 TV. While the console officially went on sale November 10, they are still extremely hard to find right now, as expected. We recommended waiting on backorder or, if your desperate, buying from a reliable third-party seller. 4.
